Request for Proposal
Do you have an important event coming up? No matter whether
it's big or small, a serious business gathering or a festive social
event, there's a Jin Jiang Hotel with just the right function space for
you! Use the Find a hotel
section to select the hotel you are interested in.
Then, simply fill out the Request for Proposal(RFP) form
below and click "Submit". Our function planning staff at the requested
hotel will get straight back to you (within 2 working days), with a
detailed proposal for hosting your event.

Describe Your Requirement
Complete your contact information and meeting requirements on
our online RFP form, then click "Continue" to send the RFP to your
selected hotel.
Receive Confirmation
A confirmation message will let you know that your proposal
has been sent and that you'll be hearing back from someone at the hotel
shortly (within 2 working days).
Planning a Special Event but
don't need meeting space?
You can still submit an online RFP, just be sure to make the
adjustments noted below. Remember, you can use the RFP to request a book
of a block of accommodation rooms even if you don't need information on
meeting space.
Complete the online RFP form entering all the required
information.
Please include the name of your event in the specified
field.
Click "No Meeting Rooms" if you are hosting your event
outside of the hotel and are only interested in booking a block of rooms
for your guests.
Once you're satisfied with the information, click
"Submit". A confirmation message will let you know that your proposal
has been sent and that you'll be hearing back from someone at the hotel
shortly (within 2 working days).

will not be used for any purpose other than processing your RFP.
