Despite being the largest hotel group

Jin Jiang International
The parent company of the Jin Jiang group, operating a range
of corporations in complementary industry groupings. These
include:
Jin Jiang Transport (Jin Jiang Investment)
The passenger transport and commodity logistics arm of the
Jin Jiang Group and more properly known as Jin Jiang
Automobile Service Co. Ltd., the Jin Jiang Transport
division has over 7,000 standard and luxury cars and coaches
of various types, with the largest fleet of vehicles in
Shanghai.
The company's five operating divisions specialize in foreign
services, business travel, taxi service (Shanghai's white
taxis), motor repair and investment.
The company's JHJ International Transportation division has
nearly 100 domestic and overseas outlets and its land-based
freight business is ranked as China's no. 1.
Jin Jiang Travel
With Jin Jiang International Travel Company and BTI China as
its main components, this division is an amalgamation of the
former Shanghai CITS, Jin Jiang Tours, Hua Ting Overseas and
Shanghai Travel Service, some of the largest and best-known
international and domestic travel services in Shanghai.
The company has 41 outlets in
Shanghai, making it the biggest operator in the city in
terms of both in-bound and out-bound tour volume.
Jin Jiang Travel aims to become the
leading travel business in China and is fast developing its
nationwide network and world-wide brand.
Jin Jiang Realty
One of the fundamental businesses of the group, Jin Jiang
Realty undertakes land development and manages the group's
property assets. The company has widespread ties with
financial and investment institutions, professional real
estate agencies and large multinational groups at home and
abroad.
Jin Jiang Finance
A core part of the group, Jin Jiang Finance provides
financial support and arranges fund products for development
of the group's main industries. Jin Jiang Hotels is
therefore the only domestic hotelier to have a subordinate
financial company approved by the People's Bank of China.
Jin Jiang Food
One of the affiliated businesses of the group, Jin Jiang
Food Corporation is engaged in food processing and
logistics. Owner of several brands such as 'Shang Shi' and
'Wonderful', the company's food processing sector operations
are mostly in meat and poultry production.
A large-scale Jin Jiang Food meat processing center with an
annual capacity of 3 million pigs was recently completed. In
the field of warehousing, the company targets the
'third-party logistics' market. Its 140,000-ton refrigerator
warehouse, five piers and three railways allow it to cover
food storage, processing, selection, delivery and sales.
