| Terms and Conditions |
- Jin Jiang Hotels Guarantees that www.jinjianghotels.com and prestige.jinjianghotels.com will have the same low room rates available through our web-sites and toll-free numbers, to be the lowest rates publicly available to consumers on the internet.
- If you find a lower rate than the Best Available Rate on our web-site, that is publicly available and viewable on another web-site for the same hotel, same number of guests, same currency and same dates you can make a claim within 24 hours.
- The customer must hold one reservation made through www.jinjianghotels.com and hold a confirmed reservation at the comparison site.
- Guests must submit claims on-line within 24 hours after the original reservation and at least 48 hours before scheduled arrival. Otherwise the claim will be not applicable.
- To file a claim, fill out the on-line claim form with your booking details. Only one valid claim can be submitted per person, per email address, per calendar month. All reservations must be for personal use only and booked by the guest who will be actually staying at the hotel.
- Reservations booked by agents, 3rd party brokers will not qualify. Best Rate claims and any discounted rates issued under this program are not transferable.
- The rate guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:
a. Rates that are not publicly available e.g. negotiated corporate rates, group rates
or contracted wholesaler rates.
b. Discount rates offered to associations or groups e.g. Trade associations,
sports associations, auto clubs etc.
c. Package rates that include room and other components such as breakfast,
internet, and transfers.
d. Package or group rates that extend length of stay.
e. Rates negotiated for extended stay or long stay.
f. Rates available on auction sites such as priceline.com or hotwire.com, as they
do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
g. Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher for a hotel stay such as airline packages,
travel agent packages.
- The Jin Jiang rate and the “Comparison Rate’ must be found, and a completed claim form submitted, to customer services within 24 hours of your reservation made and must be for the same hotel and same reservations dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies and other terms and conditions governing the rates must apply.
- Jin Jiang Customer Service Desk must be able to verify the Comparison rate to their satisfaction within 24 hours of receiving the claim and notify the customer of the results. Because the claim must be processed before check-in, all claims must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to check in.
- When there are multiple rates for the same hotel, reservation dates and room type are available through a Jin Jiang channel the customer must always reserve the lowest rate to be eligible for the guarantee.
- The Comparison rate must be reservable by the general public and verifiable by Jin Jiang. If the comparison rate is reserved through a non-Jin Jiang channel, Jin Jiang is not responsible for any fees or other costs incurred due to the cancellation of the reservation.
- Rate comparison will be made net of taxes, service charges or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the comparison rate must be available at the time Jin Jiang validates the claim. Rate disparities or fluctuations solely attributable to foreign currency exchange rates are excluded from this guarantee.
- When a claim form is submitted and includes multiple room nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately.
- Any rate change is not effective until the customer receives a written confirmation. The standard claims processing time is 24 business hours. If a guests stay begins before the written confirmation is received, the original rate applies. Jin Jiang recommends that the written confirmation of rate change be presented by the guest at check-in.
- Void where prohibited by law. Jin Jiang reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.
- Jin Jiang reserves the right to reject the Best Rate Claim and/or to cancel any discounted rate previously issued by it in the event of fraud or abuse of their program or non-compliance to these terms and conditions.
